Surah Name: 016. Nahl - (Arı) An-Nahl – النحل
S/A English Arabic Ano
16/116 But say not - for any false thing that your tongues may put forth,- "This is lawful, and this is forbidden," so as to ascribe false things to Allah. For those who ascribe false things to Allah, will never prosper.

2 017
16/117 (In such falsehood) is but a paltry profit; but they will have a most grievous Penalty.

2 018
16/118 To the Jews We prohibited such things as We have mentioned to thee before: We did them no wrong, but they were used to doing wrong to themselves.

2 019
16/119 But verily thy Lord,- to those who do wrong in ignorance, but who thereafter repent and make amends,- thy Lord, after all this, is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.

2 020
16/120 Abraham was indeed a model, devoutly obedient to Allah, (and) true in Faith, and he joined not gods with Allah:

2 021
16/121 He showed his gratitude for the favours of Allah, who chose him, and guided him to a Straight Way.

2 022
16/122 And We gave him Good in this world, and he will be, in the Hereafter, in the ranks of the Righteous.

2 023
16/123 So We have taught thee the inspired (Message), "Follow the ways of Abraham the True in Faith, and he joined not gods with Allah."

2 024
16/124 The Sabbath was only made (strict) for those who disagreed (as to its observance); But Allah will judge between them on the Day of Judgment, as to their differences.

2 025
16/125 Invite (all) to the Way of thy Lord with wisdom and beautiful preaching; and argue with them in ways that are best and most gracious: for thy Lord knoweth best, who have strayed from His Path, and who receive guidance.

2 026
16/126 And if ye do catch them out, catch them out no worse than they catch you out: But if ye show patience, that is indeed the best (course) for those who are patient.

2 027
16/127 And do thou be patient, for thy patience is but from Allah; nor grieve over them: and distress not thyself because of their plots.

2 028
16/128 For Allah is with those who restrain themselves, and those who do good.

2 029
Surah Name: 017. İsrâ - (İsrailoğulları) Al-Isra –
S/A English Arabic Ano
17/1 Glory to (Allah) Who did take His servant for a Journey by night from the Sacred Mosque to the farthest Mosque, whose precincts We did bless,- in order that We might show him some of Our Signs: for He is the One Who heareth and seeth (all things).

2 030
17/2 We gave Moses the Book, and made it a Guide to the Children of Israel, (commanding): "Take not other than Me as Disposer of (your) affairs."

2 031
17/3 O ye that are sprung from those whom We carried (in the Ark) with Noah! Verily he was a devotee most grateful.

2 032
17/4 And We gave (Clear) Warning to the Children of Israel in the Book, that twice would they do mischief on the earth and be elated with mighty arrogance (and twice would they be punished)!

2 033
17/5 When the first of the warnings came to pass, We sent against you Our servants given to terrible warfare: They entered the very inmost parts of your homes; and it was a warning (completely) fulfilled.

2 034
17/6 Then did We grant you the Return as against them: We gave you increase in resources and sons, and made you the more numerous in man-power.

2 035
17/7 If ye did well, ye did well for yourselves; if ye did evil, (ye did it) against yourselves. So when the second of the warnings came to pass, (We permitted your enemies) to disfigure your faces, and to enter your Temple as they had entered it before, and to visit with destruction all that fell into their power.

2 036
17/8 It may be that your Lord may (yet) show Mercy unto you; but if ye revert (to your sins), We shall revert (to Our punishments): And we have made Hell a prison for those who reject (all Faith).

2 037
17/9 Verily this Qur'an doth guide to that which is most right (or stable), and giveth the Glad Tidings to the Believers who work deeds of righteousness, that they shall have a magnificent reward;

2 038
17/10 And to those who believe not in the Hereafter, (it announceth) that We have prepared for them a Penalty Grievous (indeed).

2 039
17/11 The prayer that man should make for good, he maketh for evil; for man is given to hasty (deeds).

2 040
17/12 We have made the Night and the Day as two (of Our) Signs: the Sign of the Night have We obscured, while the Sign of the Day We have made to enlighten you; that ye may seek bounty from your Lord, and that ye may know the number and count of the years: all things have We explained in detail.

2 041
17/13 Every man's fate We have fastened on his own neck: On the Day of Judgment We shall bring out for him a scroll, which he will see spread open.

2 042
17/14 (It will be said to him:) "Read thine (own) record: Sufficient is thy soul this day to make out an account against thee."

2 043
17/15 Who receiveth guidance, receiveth it for his own benefit: who goeth astray doth so to his own loss: No bearer of burdens can bear the burden of another: nor would We visit with Our Wrath until We had sent an messenger (to give warning).

2 044
17/16 When We decide to destroy a population, We (first) send a definite order to those among them who are given the good things of this life and yet transgress; so that the word is proved true against them: then (it is) We destroy them utterly.

2 045
17/17 How many generations have We destroyed after Noah? and enough is thy Lord to note and see the sins of His servants.

2 046
17/18 If any do wish for the transitory things (of this life), We readily grant them - such things as We will, to such person as We will: in the end have We provided Hell for them: they will burn therein, disgraced and rejected.

2 047
17/19 Those who do wish for the (things of) the Hereafter, and strive therefor with all due striving, and have Faith,- they are the ones whose striving is acceptable (to Allah).

2 048
