"RAB şöyle diyor: 'Bu kent viran olmuş, insansız, hayvansız kalmış diyorsunuz. Ne var ki, terk edilmiş, insansız, hayvansız Yahuda kentlerinde, Yeruşalim sokaklarında sevinç ve neşe sesi, gelin güvey sesi, RABbin Tapınağına şükran sunuları getirenlerin sesi yine duyulacak: 'Her Şeye Egemen RABbe şükredin,Çünkü O iyidir,Sevgisi sonsuza dek kalıcıdır.
