O zaman Kral Nebukadnessar şaşkınlık içinde birden ayağa kalktı. Danışmanlarına, "Biz ateşin içine bağlı üç kişi atmadık mı?" diye sordu. Danışmanlar, "Kuşkusuz, ey kral" diye karşılık verdiler.

حينئذ تحيّر نبوخذناصّر الملك وقام مسرعا فاجاب وقال لمشيريه ألم نلقي ثلاثة رجال موثقين في وسط النار. فاجابوا وقالوا للملك صحيح ايها الملك.
