Bugün RAB seni elime teslim edecek. Seni vurup başını gövdenden ayıracağım. Bugün Filistli askerlerin leşlerini gökteki kuşlarla yerdeki hayvanlara yem edeceğim. Böylece bütün dünya İsrailde Tanrının var olduğunu anlayacak.

هذا اليوم يحبسك الرب في يدي فاقتلك واقطع راسك. واعطي جثث جيش الفلسطينيين هذا اليوم لطيور السماء وحيوانات الارض فتعلم كل الارض انه يوجد اله لاسرائيل.

This day will the LORD deliver thee into mine hand; and I will smite thee, and take thine head from thee; and I will give the carcases of the host of the Philistines this day unto the fowls of the air, and to the wild beasts of the earth; that all the earth may know that there is a God in Israel.

This day doth Jehovah shut thee up into my hand — and I have smitten thee, and turned aside thy head from off thee, and given the carcase of the camp of the Philistines this day to the fowl of the heavens, and to the beast of the earth, and all the earth do know that God is for Israel.
