Çünkü RAB o dönemde sayımı yapılan İsrailliler'in kesinlikle çölde öleceğini söylemişti. Onlardan Yefunne oğlu Kalev'le Nun oğlu Yeşu'dan başka kimse sağ kalmamıştı.
