Ya da elinde adam öldürebilecek tahtadan bir alet varsa, bununla birine vurursa, o kişi de ölürse, adam katildir ve kesinlikle öldürülecektir.

او ضربه باداة يد من خشب مما يقتل به فمات فهو قاتل. ان القاتل يقتل.

İngilizce:

Or if he smite him with an hand weapon of wood, wherewith he may die, and he die, he is a murderer: the murderer shall surely be put to death.
