Baaşanın RABbin gözünde yaptığı her kötülükten ötürü RAB, Hanani oğlu Peygamber Yehu aracılığıyla ona ve ailesine karşı yargısını bildirdi. Baaşa yaptığı kötülüklerle RABbi öfkelendirmiş, Yarovamın ailesine benzemiş ve bu aileyi ortadan kaldırmıştı.
