Halk bağırmaya başladı, kâhinler de borularını çaldılar. Boru sesini işiten halk daha yüksek sesle bağırdı. Kentin surları çöktü. Herkes bulunduğu yerden dosdoğru kente girdi. Böylece kenti ele geçirdiler.
