Saulla oğlu Yonatanın kemiklerini Benyamin bölgesindeki Selada Saulun babası Kişin mezarına gömdüler. Kralın bütün buyruklarını yerine getirdiler. Bundan sonra Tanrı ülkeyle ilgili yakarışları yanıtladı.

وكانت ايضا حرب بين الفلسطينيين واسرائيل فانحدر داود وعبيده معه وحاربوا الفلسطينيين فاعيا داود.
Filistlilerle İsrailliler arasında yeniden savaş çıktı. Davutla adamları gidip Filistlilere karşı savaştılar. O sıralarda Davut bitkin düştü.

İsraillilerle Filistliler arasında Govda bir savaş daha çıktı. Beytlehemli Yareoregimin oğlu Elhanan, Gatlı Golyatı öldürdü. Golyatın mızrağının sapı dokumacı tezgahının sırığı gibiydi.
And there was again a battle in Gob with the Philistines, where Elhanan the son of Jaareoregim, a Bethlehemite, slew the brother of Goliath the Gittite, the staff of whose spear was like a weaver's beam.
