Gittikleri uluslarda yaptıkları bütün iğrenç uygulamaları anlatmaları için aralarından birkaç kişiyi kılıçtan, kıtlıktan, salgın hastalıktan sağ bırakacağım. Böylece benim RAB olduğumu anlayacaklar."

But I will leave a few men of them from the sword, from the famine, and from the pestilence; that they may declare all their abominations among the heathen whither they come; and they shall know that I am the LORD.

Aber ich will ihrer etliche wenige überbleiben lassen vor dem Schwert, Hunger und Pestilenz; die sollen jener Greuel erzählen unter den Heiden, dahin sie kommen werden, und sollen erfahren, daß ich der HERR sei.

Но небольшое число их Я сохраню от меча, голода иязвы, чтобы они рассказали у народов, к которым пойдут, о всех своих мерзостях; и узнают, что Я Господь.

وابقي منهم رجالا معدودين من السيف ومن الجوع ومن الوبإ لكي يحدّثوا بكل رجاساتهم بين الامم التي يأتون اليها فيعلمون اني انا الرب

Ülkede yaşayan halka de ki, 'Egemen RAB İsrail ve Yeruşalimde yaşayanlar için şöyle diyor: Yiyeceklerini umutsuzluk içinde yiyecek, sularını şaşkınlık içinde içecekler. Orada yaşayanların yaptığı zorbalık yüzünden ülke ıssız bırakılacak.

And say unto the people of the land, Thus saith the Lord GOD of the inhabitants of Jerusalem, and of the land of Israel; They shall eat their bread with carefulness, and drink their water with astonishment, that her land may be desolate from all that is therein, because of the violence of all them that dwell therein.

Et tu diras au peuple du pays: Ainsi a dit le Seigneur, l'Éternel, au sujet des habitants de Jérusalem, dans la terre d'Israël: Ils mangeront leur pain avec chagrin et boiront leur eau avec frayeur, parce que le pays sera dévasté et dépouillé de son abondance, à cause de la violence de tous ceux qui l'habitent.

Und sprich zum Volk im Lande: So spricht der HERR HERR von den Einwohnern zu Jerusalem im Lande Israel: Sie müssen ihr Brot essen in Sorgen und ihr Wasser trinken im Elend; denn das Land soll wüst werden von allem, das drinnen ist, um des Frevels willen aller Einwohner.

Son of man, what is that proverb that ye have in the land of Israel, saying, The days are prolonged, and every vision faileth?

Fils de l'homme, qu'est-ce que ce propos passé en proverbe, que vous tenez dans le pays d'Israël, en disant: Les jours se prolongent, et toute prophétie demeure sans effet?
Almanca:
Du Menschenkind, was habt ihr für ein Sprichwort im Lande Israel und sprechet: Weil sich's so lange verzeucht, so wird nun fort nichts aus der Weissagung?

Onlara de ki, 'Egemen RAB şöyle diyor: Ben bu deyişe son vereceğim. Bundan böyle İsrailde bir daha söylenmeyecek.' Yine onlara de ki, 'Her görümün yerine geleceği günler yaklaştı.

Tell them therefore, Thus saith the Lord GOD; I will make this proverb to cease, and they shall no more use it as a proverb in Israel; but say unto them, The days are at hand, and the effect of every vision.

Fransızca:
C'est pourquoi dis-leur: Ainsi a dit le Seigneur, l'Éternel: Je ferai cesser ce propos, et on ne le trouvera plus en Israël. Dis-leur au contraire: Le temps approche, ainsi que l'accomplissement de toute prophétie.

Darum sprich zu ihnen: So spricht der HERR HERR: Ich will das Sprichwort aufheben, daß man es nicht mehr führen soll in Israel. Und rede zu ihnen: Die Zeit ist nahe und alles, was geweissaget ist.
